Look what me and Elisa did, she came and stayed the weekend. She sewed her own purse, did everything lol. This was her first time on the sewing machine, and Grandma's got her started out the right way lol, foundations sewing all the way lol lol. Yup, drew the lines on a piece of fabric, and all she had to do was sew the fabrics onto the lines, she picked the fabrics, she used the sewing machine all by herself, used the foot pedal and everything, all i did was hold my hands over top of hers to protect her from the needle, she steered the fabric right on the lines...so we had fun...oh and her lil purse even has a lining inside lol :)

I know that was fun for you and I'm sure Elisa was so very proud of herself. You're a good grandma. She'll probably never forget that weekend.

Awe, thanks Jacque, she doesn't have super long attention span, so had to make it real fast and easy lol

Oh Barb she is adorable, and she is sew proud of her purse. That is just toooooo cute. Keep on making those sewing memories with her!!!!!! You are a super grandma!!!! Does she live close by?
