    Isn't it called, or like, a stilleto? My DH used to try and think of things that made my hobby easier. He made me a table to extend back and to the left side of my machine table to hold the quilt when I machine quilted. Made it to fold up for storage bc I really didn't have that much room. Wish I could use it now instead of moving everything down to the rec room here in the bldg. Marge L.

    Looks like a nice antique - much nicer to hold than plastic. The oil from your hands will give it a nice patina as well.

    He did a really nice job! reminds me of an ice pick. Wonder if one of those would work since my DH isn't crafty?
