I like it and have one on my to do list, going to do it ,in more earth tones, so here is hoping it turns out, You are being to hard on yourself though, just enjoy it and the fact it is done.

I think it looks great. I have that pattern but haven't used it yet.

You may be too critical of yourself, looks good in photos, maybe when all done you will be happier with it.

YOU KNOW, SINCE I HAVE MS AND BECOME DISABLED, I was forced to give up needlepoint and embroidery because I could not hold a needle. I was lost without a creative outlet. Then, I took up quilting. My work is far from perfect but I do it FOR ME. Yes, seems may not always be straight. Lines don't always match. But I do it and thanks to this board I feel like a part of something. Because I am not able to do somethings does not mean I cannot appreciate certain techniques. I do more and unique things than most able bodied people. I am proud of myself. For my determination, persistence and ability to adapt. I think you should be as proud as a peacock and thankful that you are able to do most things. I only have use of 1 arm/hand am in a wheelchair and I still post my most recent works on this board.
    Stop giving yourself mile markers.

I love the colors, and don't let its "non perfection" upset you...nothing is perfect and you made it with good intentions and I agree with the others its beautiful and unique . Finish it and wrap yourself or someone you love up in it, you won't see
anything wrong with it if you feel the love:-)

Quilters are so hard ON themselves! Once that's quilted you will have to work HARD to spot those mistakes. Enjoy it! I think it's very striking!

I think this is very pretty, & I happen to like it. Maybe try another one later on.

I also had problems with this pattern. the strips measured the correct width when it came time to subcut but the ruler didn't cover the material to subcut. I cut anyway and put it together but really struggled with what should have been a very simple pattern. Only I know the problems I had with it. (not my first quilt so was disappointed that this was so difficult to put together)
