    You need another row of wonky blocks. The border at the bottom looks like it was added as an after thought.
    And doesn't follow the animal theme of the quilt.

    I agree with Quiltnan, use it on top and bottom. I believe it would look better. I love the quilt.

    After going back and forth a few times between the two photos I think I'd leave it as in the original picture. It's an adorable quilt either way.
