Oh how sad. I hope it turns up. Your center is beautiful.

That is a great center! Don't lose hope yet. The last round robin I was in here on the board had a lot of drama about the quilts not showing up but I believe they all eventually did.

Bleh, drama can't even begin to describe the current IRR that this center is/was in.
I'm so sorry it got lost, it was absolutely beautiful.
I know it's starting to be busy season for the postal service, so I'm really holding out hope that it's just taking it's sweet time.

That's sad. Hope it turns up. Goes to show that tracking and/or insurance is important on the group projects. One ot the IRR2 finished tops was improperly marked for customs and held up for a long time. The owner had to pay big bucks to get it out of hock. Instead of sending the top to the in-country recipient, the customs folks sent it back to the sender. Talk about a loooooong road.

What a gorgeous center! I am sorry to hear that it is missing. Hopefully, it will turn up. So much work, effort, and hope was put into it already. Keep us posted.

That is a beautiful center and I feel your pain. My daughter and I worked on a center for the last round robin and it too was lost en route from person 2 to person three without delivery confirmation or anything on it. It was sad for me as it was something my daughter and I worked on together when I was feeling well and the first round added was all hand done...this is a picture of it...I still hold out some day it will gallop home!

I am so sorry this happend. Hopefully it will still surface eventually. I know that this is not uncommon and it is one of the deterants for me that keeps me from doing round robbins. They can be so much fun when completed. Like I said I am hopeful it will surface eventually.

Have hope thimble!! My top just made it's way back to the sender after 9 months of being missing. Your top may make it back to someone too....have a little faith it is not impossible for it to come back!

I purchased a lot of hankies on ebay. I waited a few weeks and still hadn't received them. I contacted the shipper, she didn't have a tracking # but she did have a receipt that showed the date she sent them. I thought I would never see them. Lo and behold, they arrived 6 1/2 weeks later with the post date being the day the shipper said. The envelope was pretty beat up but the hankies were fine. Don't give up yet. I hope it arrives soon.
