    This is the quilt I made for our son and DIL for Christmas. They are not fans of the "flowery" fabrics that I normally quilt with. I think I've managed to make a quilt that will suit their taste.

    My longarm quilter outdid herself on the quilting!

    Feels so good to have this king-sized monster completed!

    Thanks for your kind words. It's a bit too modern for my taste, but my husband LOVES it.

    I'm now having a good time sewing Quilts for Kids and little origami purses for gifts. Fun to do little things after a big project like this quilt was.

    Great job! I love the quilting on it. Hubby definitely won't get this mixed up with all the flowery type fabrics. :lol:
