A while back I was reading the Board posts and someone wanted to know what a Lover's Knot pattern looked like. I will attach the Lover's Knot pattern block quilt that I made about 4 years ago. I'm sorry I don't remember where I saw the post for this but hopefully whoever wanted to see the block will see this post.

Thank you, Isy. Funny you should post to me...I was just perusing your quilters group site www.perianstites. Enjoyed looking around and wow! do you ladies do gorgeous work. Wish you didn't live so far away, I'd ask to come visit one of your meetings. You guys are well organized and are doing some great things for the community...good for you!

Thanks feathers, we try our best, Glad you checked us out, when we have sorted out all the donations of fabrics I am going to organise another charity quilt from what we receive. :D I have been reading all the posts about the trials and tribulations that alot of our quilting buddies have suffered at guild meetings...I am very lucky to be able to say that we all get on really well. Sometimes the odd comment is made...but heck - one in a while you can cope with, we all get on great and have been on trips together to Morroco and days out when we can. It has been a great way of making lifelong friends....and it has lead to me finding all of you great guys too!! :D

    Hi Harmony:
It wasn't complicated to make but both my DH and I did some swearing when I was laying it out on the floor to get the pattern...It's one of those patterns that can go every direction but if it's not the RIGHT direction you lose the pattern.

Your quilt is great, Feathers. I can certainly see where the layout could cause a few headaches but it was well worth it!
