    Thankyou all for your lovely comments. You really are an awesome, encouraging bunch.

    On Tuesday, my friend managed to dislocate both of her shoulders... very unusual. Anyway, it was her birthday on Wednesday and she had to spend that time in hospital. She was so depressed because she couldn't and still can't do anything for herself. I took along the sleepless quilt that I had made and she absolutely adored it. It cheered her up immediately. It's amazing the special healing powers in a quilt... for both for the quilter and the receiver.
