    Default Lush Iris quilt

This quilt began with the center panel of an iris, which I bought during a recent shop hop. The fabric is by Northcott and is called Lush. I designed the quilt with EQ8, pieced it using fabrics from my stash, and quilted it on my longarm. The pictures are before I finished sewing the binding down by hand. I also noticed an area that hadn't been quilted (center left) and returned the quilt to the frame (even after it was washed) to finish.

Just beautiful - everything sings and dances together perfectly! And it looks made-to-fit the bed you've displayed it on. Very nice.

Wow Dunster! That is the most beautiful panel quilt I have ever seen. You are so creative with the outside blocks and color choices. Fantastic Quilt.

Just gorgeous design, colors and quilting. I have EQ7 and have never taken the time to learn it. I wish I had a tutor because you certainly designed and executed a beautiful quilt.
