    Oh, Lynnie, it's wonderful; I love it!

    I made a red and white double Irish chain years ago that I had hand quilted with a forest green thread in Christmas trees, snowflakes and holly leaves/berries with a straight line thru the 'chains'. Somehow, when I closed my shop and moved I "lost" it -- not sure whether I sold it, as I did many of my personal and shop sample quilts, but I have missed it every winter since. Guess I should get on it remake that quilt! Yours inspires me.

    I love two color quilts, and your is gorgeous, red and white is a winner. I did a pink and white one for
    my daughter when she got married.

    Beautiful! Did you pre-wash your red? If so, did you also pre-wash your white?
