The first one turned out really huge using the McCall's pattern in Apr 2006 issue using 5" x 5" squares. So, I cut it down to 2 1/2" sq. and added an extra row of sq. the 5 x 5 called for 3 so I did 4 row. It measures 7" tall by 11" wide and the width is 5" Perfect little size for my wallet, phone, brush, hankie ect.next time I think I will add pockets.---- Lace

Lady after my own heart. I make the first one just as the pattern says, then I start chaging it. Adding, subtracting, moving things around. That's the fun part!
