    Default Madrona Road Challenge

Continuing the challenge with trying to get an outdoor photo on a breezy day without my quilt landing in the water. The second photo was taken indoors as I wanted to show you both sides of the quilt.

The Madrona Road Challenge consisted of receiving a bundle of fat eighths of the Madrona Road fabric to create a quilt using those fabrics plus any solids of my choice or other Madrona Road prints. I based my design on a quilt in Elizabeth Hartman's "Inspired Modern Quilts" at Craftsy.com

I guess editing doesn't include adding a photo. Here's the other one.

Very striking! I like the use of the colors. Also, white on beige or ecru is a favorite of mine. I have walls that color with white woodwork. Good job.

I like it, especially the side with three rectangles. The quilting goes well with it, too.
