This is my latest quilt for a grandchild's bed. I had to get this done for the guild quilt show in March. The colors were her choice and the pattern is from BH&G American Patchwork and Quilting magazine. The only problem I have with quilt patterns these days is the sizes are so not realistic. What do you do with a quilt that is not twin, not queen. How many can you have on the couch? Kinda makes me mad when I really dont like doing the math. Guess that's why I'm an art quilter at heart. I did use the spray baste on this quilt before I machine quilted on my home machine. What a great product. I alway hated all the pins or stitching by hand before, now I will use the spray baste all the time.

OMG! I LOVE this! What technique did you use for the applique? I LOVE this...the colors, the size of the elements and OOOOOH the SCALE of the prints...I'm wide-eyed and slack-jawed...and I think I'm droolin'! Thanks so much for showing this one! Oooooh, such a happy quilt! You did a wonderful job!

    Very, very pretty quilt.

I know what you mean about the sizes..I guess with energy costs they way they are going, with all the odd sizes of quilts , we will have to do like they did in old with the Tapestry, hang them on every wall. (grin)
