Nope, K, she won't be making Christmas decorations. This quilt is going to be for me! Huh, Ninnie?

You've gotten so much done! Are you taking time to do silly things like eating, breathing, etc.?
Well, I have that eating down pat, Ducky, but the breathing is not going so well today

I don't know how she does it- it's taken me the best part of the day to get my doll quilt swap top together. As for Ninnie's book, I am going to look for that one - at least it sounds like a proper book. (See my thread, 'What constitutes a book?)

BTW, Ninnie, it's me that likes blue and white, so it's my Christmas present, right?

You just come on over her lacelady, and help and you could be the proud owner!
The Book is Quilting, PIECES OF THE PAST
It was printed in 2004 by better Homes and Gardens, and has 54 quilts in it, all of them are just wonderful, and some of them are applique right up your alley. There is one where the front is appliqued, and then the back is done with wide strips in the same materials and colors. It was then hand quilted from the back, so it is reversible. If I ever good any good at applique, it is my dream quilt to make!

You should go on line and try to find this book, it is worth the money! :D

Repeating several statements - this one is exciting. Your cutting and piecing very fast.

    I am enjoying the process.
