    Ninnie, I love stars also. You should look for the pattern of Boxy Stars. It is scrappy and so fun to do.. when you get the boxy part done you will see the stars. I hand quilted mine and I love it. If you can not find the pattern, pm me and I will find my pattern that I downloaded from the internet..

    beautiful! are you going to add sashing between the blocks or join them together as is?
    Nice stars, some of them I don't think I have seen before.

    Yes, there will be sashing between them. I am hoping that the sashing will give some of them a look of floating, we will see :lol: :lol:

    what size are the blocks? 60 pieces are an awful lot.

    It is going to be a wonderful sampler quilt. I like that medium-blue fabric...the one with a design.
