    Thanks, everyone. bj, isn't that furniture great?! I about fell over when they delivered it...she's never been adventurous with color. At least not when it comes to furniture, floor or window coverings. I was so proud of her. :mrgreen: And she seemed quite happy with the cushion covers. I just really wish I'd had time to quilt them. :(

    All of you who wonder if it's hard...it's not. Really. It's paper piecing, and it's only the second time I've done Mariner's Compasses. And this time I designed them myself, instead of copying the pattern out of the book. And I've only done paper piecing twice, as well. It's so much easier than you would think.

    I was just looking at my PP pattern for a Mariners Compass yesterday.
    You have given me the inspiration to perhaps try a block this week.
