    looks like I'm going to be the odd ball of the group... I am using a solid black for what everyone else is using the white on. should have some photos for you ladies after this weekend.

    Well, I finished the Library Quilt for the Librarian at the school where my DD teaches. Here's a photo of the quilt along with a close up of some of the "books" and yo-yo flowers in a vase. I embroidered the names of the programs the Librarian instituted as titles of some of the "books". There must have been something in the air to prod me along, because I also finished the first row and sashing of my Row Robin and that photo is below. I am so looking forward to creating rows of quilt blocks for the other 11 members of our group. It will be such fun! Belles

    Round Robing Row looks great. The Library quilt is quite amazing and I'm sure it will be recieved with great joy!

    Thank you all for your kind words. I'm happy that my stash contained so many scraps that were the right size for the "books". I'm eager to hear the Librarian's comments when the quilt is presented to her. Belles

    Here are my blocks! hope you like them...

    What colour sashing do you think to go with these??

    I went for a fabric with lots of colours in it to make it easier to match for everyone.
