    Default Matthew's Quilt is now Harold's Quilt

    Inspired by karate lady's post in December. http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...t-t209990.html . I made this one for my DH, Harold who in his younger days was a bear hunter. The fabrics are flannel, front and back, batting is cotton Warm and Natural.

    That is such a cozy looking quilt. I like how you did it. I am sure he does too. It is really nice.

    NO, I am saving his shirts for another quilt. The red, brown and green flannel are left over scraps from other projects. The light colored flannel was a remnant I found at the thrift store, the backing flannel was a thrift store purchase. The batting was the last piece from a roll and was badly wrinkled even after being dampened and going through the dryer.
