that is beautiful. ! with the long arm, our generation of quilting has been bumped up a whole differant level, time saving but the interst of the back is always there.. thanks for the back shot !

My friend, Maxine, pieced this queen sized beauty. The colorful asian border print gave her the color palette, and me the butterfly idea for the quilting. I couldn't resist putting a fun butterfly in the snowball blocks. The pale yellow color in the snowball block gave me an excuse to buy the light yellow thread for the butterfly. I used King Tut in varying colors on the top, and pale yellow Bottom Line in the bobbin. This took me several days to get quilted. It was a fun project.
