    Thanks so much everyone. Ha... no I wasn't avoiding the question. I sell the large totes for $40 and the small ones for 20. I'm going to start making a medium one that I'll sell for $30

    I'm sure not making even min wage making these but they're fun and I'm using up my stash for the most part. Even tho I did buy some more fabric today.

    Those are beautiful.As for the thread color,I sometimes coordinate and sometimes contrast.I think it is everyones personal choice.That I would think it that designers choice.

    She said to use thread that the color either matched perfectly or blended so it wasn't noticeable at all. The only time stitches should be seen on fabric purses are when it was for contrasting topstitching or decoration. Details are what makes an item go from looking homemade to looking professionally handmade. It wasn't a quilting class it was a class from a boutique who sold handmade accessories from designers.
