    Really? I thought the quilt police would complain that it is mixing modern with traditional... at least that's the complaint I've heard about my early-attic furnishings and new leather couch.

    5 months to finish the quilt? No way would I consider you slow. And just learning free-motion quilting? You don't give yourself enough credit.
