Meet newest member of my family, Nancy

That is my machine to a "T". It was the wedding gift from my father-in-law, who died before I met my husband, to my mother-in-law in 1935. I treasure it and I know you will come to love it. It is a workhorse of a sewing machine.

LOVE those FWs! Google Singr Featherweight and you'll find a treasure trove of information! Do NOT, however, use any of the old oil or lubricant if they came with your FW. Get the fresh Singer Oil and Singer Lubricant online or in-store at JoAnn or your LQS and use it right away. David McCallum's book (FeatherweightRX.com) is pricey but priceless. ENJOY!

Nancy looks great for her age, and well taken care of. I have some of those feet also, the larger one from what I can see is a ruffler. My quilt leader is going to show me how to use them all. I have seven total in my little green box. lol have no idea how to use one, well...the zipper foot maybe?
