    Default Memorial Necktie Quilt
    After I offered to make a quilt for my dear friend Jane, I went to QB for advice. I used the Darlene Zimmerman Dresden template. Opened each tie, cut into 18" blades, etc. This was a slippery challenge even with iron on interfacing. The beautiful quilting by Sue Baddley elevates the whole piece. So here is The Great Mann Quilt in honor of Bernie Mann.

    Dotty, that is beautiful. Prettier than you said. The quilting really added to it, i know she'll love it.
