    83 years young!! I am impressed!! What a beautiful quilt. It shows that a lot of love went into every detail. Wonderful.

    Polliwog, this is the most creative photo layout I have yet seen in over 40 years of quilting. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. You have turned what could have been sad memories to such joyful memories.

    I agree about the unusual setting, but it has a fabulous effect to showcase the photos of such a handsome young man.
    Gives us something to think about.

    You did a fabulous job! The 4 patch blocks are perfect to display each picture. What a tribute. Your niece will always treasure this quilt. Thanks for sharing.

    This brought tears to my eyes and is such a wonderful display of a life made too short. You and your niece made a wonderful team and created a diary of his life for those who remember him.

    What a wonderful tribute to this young man. The quilt is awesome and so well done. I also think Spoonflower did a great job printing the pics and adding the borders. The printing is so clear and the colors vivid. Be careful, your quilt will get you many more requests. This will be treasured for sure!

    What an amazing tribute! My heart goes out to her. I lost my son at 24 yrs of age. A mother needs no reminders of the loss. I teared up looking at the quilt. She will love it forever and ever. Bless your hands and heart!

    What a beautiful treasure that will be cherished by your niece. I am so sorry you & your family who have lost this loved one at such an early age. You made such a wonderful, beautiful quilt that will hold wonderful lifetime memories.
