    I am planning the same project with my parents' clothes. I need to do 4!! What is the best stabilizer to use on the stretch fabric which I know I have a lot of.

    Looks to me like they turned out terrific. That was very kind of you to do that for her family, sounds like it was a catharsis for you. Great job, your karma meter must have doubled.

    I read the story and then scrolled slowly down...WOW those turned out soooo nice...simple design but so effective in showing the prints of the clothing! I think you did a terrific job....

    I have been so busy just getting back to my thread... Knowing now what I went thru. I would only use an bonding interfacing to staplize anything that is knit or has a lot of stretch. They do have sheets of bonding especially for Tee shirt quilts so you can have the pictures logo Etc. But these were from an older lady and no pic. Logo tees. So I used what I thought would work and It did work in a sense. But Never again only bonding interfacing. :lol:
