Love this quilt and all the border choices, but personally like the addition of the green. What if you added a narrow green border or even a flange before adding the second grey?

Fisrt of all, that is going to be a beautiful quilt. I feel that the grey border just makes the quilt look more complete ....... finished

I think I would add a 1 or 1 1/2 inch white border, then another gray border to make it the size you are wanting. Just my humble opinion. You always do such neat work

I agree with Susie Q. I like the green and I also thought of a green flange between the gray borders if you decide to go with the gray.

My first thought was both .... green, then the darker border.

Then I saw you were considering more of the grey. Keep what you have add what I call a "racing stripe" of colour. Not too wide, maybe only 1/2" or 3/4" finished? Then your extra grey.

But seriously, anyway you go, it's going to be great. The look changes according to the colour chosen for the border, as in this case they can all work!

Lovely top and any of those borders look nice. For me it would depend on what colour scheme of the room it was going in. The navy and gray are safe choices if you don’t have a spot picked out for it. The green border really picks up the green in the blocks for a more spring feel.

Love the idea of a green flange with the grey border! Please share the pattern name.

You sure do make some beautiful quilts! I find myself wondering how many hours per week do you sew?
