    Default Michele's quilt

I am making a quilt for my niece that has breast cancer, she is 36 years old with a six year old and a one year old boys. She had a double mastectomy on December 4th and is now undergoing chemo. I am making this as a quilt to take with her (if I ever get it done) to chemo treatments. It is cotton fabrics on the front and will be bubblegum pink flannel on the back. I also made a bag for her to carry the quilt and whatever else she may need to her treatments! Hope she likes it!!! Keep her and her family in your prayers!! Thank you.

What a wonderful quilt. I know she will just love it and appreciate it while getting chemo. Did you embroider the little sayings and pics or was it a panel? It turned out beautiful either way. Congrats to you.You are a loving aunt.
