DS#2 would love the wildlife quilt. His whole house is wildlife hangings, rugs, pillows etc.

Love the deer quilt! I made the same one for my niece and her husband for their 25th wedding anniversary as they are avid hunters. I hand quilted it and quilted around each deer, rock and outlined as much as I could. Did the trees area with Sulky variegated green thread and had it meandering around. Did it on a Hindenberg standing hoop and they absolutely loved it. It was a work of love and came out really nice. Don't know how to send pictures here so I cannot show it. Sorry, but I am a bit tecnhically retarded in that area.

Your MIL's quilt is reversible, either side is beautiful! I love the storm at sea quilt, it's a showstopper to say the least.

Aren't you clever. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Very nice job on both quilts.

I love the red squares for the backing of your MIL quilt. Your quilt is beautiful. Great job on both!
