She will cherish that quilt so much. I lost my oldest son last week (41) to a massive siezure. I have things he made in elementary school and things he has made for me over the last several years. He made me a wooden clock and his dad a car. I don't think I could stand it if something happened to the things I have. Your friend will feel the same way about that beautiful quilt.

I have a quilt made for me by my Grammie Bun using all the flannel nightgowns she made for my sister and I as we were growing up. My sister and I get together and we can stil recall each piece of fabric and the Christmas we received each nightgown. The quilt is priceless and I will cherish it forever. Your friend will too! What a wonderful way to let her know how special she is to you!
