Default Moms quilt is finally done and delivered

I posted my first experimental block and had some wonderful help from this board. It took 1 1/2 years but mom loves it. I am not a pastel person so It was a hard quilt as some of you know. There is a lot of mistakes and the sun on the quilt doesn't help the picture. I forgot to get a picture of the completed quilt. The LA quilter was so good to do what I wanted. She used white thread on top and varigated on the white back so it can be reversed and be just as beautiful. I didn't think I would ever want to do another but here I am planning another, as a matter of fact 2 more for 2 grand children. I think that is called addiction!

Would love a close up of the little details in the blocks, are they embroidered?

The blocks don't show up very well so I thought I would post one. I hope I can find one that is smaller.

Yes they are embroidered. My daughter has an embroidery machine and she did that for me. We had to go to many places to get the designs. My daughter in law helped me with lay out and color placement. I hope the next picture shows more.
