I saved the supply list and instructions but wondering if there something missing? The supply list doesn't mention anything about freezer paper, and the instructions don't seem to say anything about how to set it up. I suppose I could figure it out, but seems like the pattern should be clear. I'm wondering what I am missing.
Can you enlighten me? Thanks!

I taped four pieces of paper together to make a square of 16.5 inches (as per the instructions - the final square before you cut is 16.5 inches)
The I cut the square into two rectangles - right down the middle at 8.25 inches.
I then drew a line on the paper from one corner to the other on one page, and the same thing on the other rectangle - but they have to make a triangle when you put the two rectangles back together. I hope you can see the lines.

Then you line up the line on your paper to the seam of the dark fabric (you are going diagonally a bit) - just like they show you in the instructions.
I pinned the paper to my rectangle and cut ... do the same thing with the other side.
Note - I didn't pay too much attention when I did this - but you should make a mark as to where you are lining them up. Otherwise, when you join the two rectangles together to make a square, they won't line up perfectly. It's not the end of the world if they don't, because they are getting cut again into 1.5 inch strips, but if you look really closely at my seams, you'll see that they don't all line up perfectly in the center.
