It's in a Fons and porter magazine 2013 I believe.

This took me about 9 hours of on and off again quilting. If I quilt too long and get tired, I tend to get sloppy.... So lots of breaks are called for

Please pass on my admiration to your sister. Your collaboration has produced a truly stunning quilt. I hope you both feel the pride of accomplishment you deserve.

It's gorgeous. Did she happen to mention the pattern? Never mind...I see that it is a Fons and Porter pattern from a magazine!

You both did a great job! It is really nice. I saved the picture, so I don't see why I can't figure the pattern out on my own.

I knew it looked somewhat like the celtic soltice pattern, but just wasn't quite the same. (I have one in the works with lots of the blocks done) and, maybe because I've looked at the one in fons and porter, it was just seeming so familiar. I have admired this quilt pattern for several yrs. but I just recently found 'easier' ones to do. thx for sharing.

Sorry I'm so slow on re posting. It is just random feathers and a bit of echoing. And then a little teardrop that echos also.
