    Here are 2 more of my "first's"....The flower/squares quilt was the 2nd one I ever made - again no batting and no quilting. The Soccer quilt was my 3rd one and I sewing X's through most of the soccer fabric and then put a piece of batting under it and then a pre-quilted back on - the 3 pieces are not quilted together. Live and learn!

    What is really funny is that I bought all that soccer material off of ebay and thought I needed 3 yards of each to make that quilt. I made it 8 years ago and just ran out of the last of all of that material!

    Great quilts...love the bright colours. My DGS would love the soccer quilt...he is such a fanatic.
