    I really like this look. Did you draw your quilt lines on first? And what type of thread did you use? Are you using a frame or a hoop? Inquiring minds want to know so we can try it too.

    I like it! It looks like a not-so-structured form of sashiko and it goes perfectly with your quilt.

    I had a water stencil I used to start , then I got used to it and just freehanded the lines with a Fons and porter white mechanical pencil ( my favorite tool), I do not use a hoop or frame for any kind of hand work...used perle cotton!!!

    Love it...how did you come up with that design stitches? It was made exactly to go with your fabric pattern!
