I really like the look! Is this done differently from 'regular' hand quilting? Is there a book to teach, or help somewhere? Thanks!

I love the look you are achieving with the big stitches. I am now going to try some hand work.

Very nice quilt, love the lighthouses, and your bigger quilt stitch, perfect for your quilt design!

I'd like to know what kind of thread you use also. Especially if I"m going to be laid up for a long time. I've got a quilt that needs to be quilted and it would be perfect to practice this new techinque on. It would really stand out and be quite impactful on my quilt. Do tell. I can't wait. It's a lap size quilt, so shouldn't be too overwhelming. Oooooh, now that I've thought to try this I'm very excited.
