I bought a yard of horse fabric from Heather on this board. Decide to make a purse out of it and may have enough left to make a smaller one, too. I don't like the white button & may change it to a brown or wooden one. I'm going to be in a Christmas Craft show at my church come Nov. and I'll hopefully be selling some Bow Tucks. This is the second Santa Bow Tucks I've made. I found the fabric for that purse at Hobby Lobby.

No, I've never done a zipper before in a Bow Tuck or anything else. I've seen a couple people that put a zipper in the Bow Tucks and one seemed to have the zipper too far down & the other didn't make the tucks or use the bows. At first I didn't think that I'd like to carry a purse that was open, but I have found that I really like it. It's easy to grab things when you need something. Have you put a zipper in one?
