I can't remember what it's called. I got it from Joann's i think Pellon???? I got also one roll from Viking which i haven't tried yet, so i am going to do that tomorrow. What do you use? Any advise would help
which water solubale are you using? I love the one I use. I always put it on top of my designs on terry cloth. ithelps to hold down the loops
