Maybe you could place it on the edge of that table? That way you'd have a little more space right by the machine:)

Hi There thanks for that advice, I will try putting my lamp over on the other table and see how that works, good idea.

Just found this post. So glad you are able to do pictures now. I've been in that room a few times already. And it is so cozy too. Lots of fabric to touch and feel. ♥♥
