    Thank you everyone. :D

Re the boo boo - I have to give her credit where due, she does say measure your two strips sewn together and cut the larger strip the same width. :D

But then she says if you sewed an accurate 1/4" seam they should be 4 1/4", probably just a slip of the tongue!

I measured my two 2 1/2" strips after they were sewn together. They were a slight hair over the 4 1/4, so I am thinking a good thing to measure before cutting the wide strip. No matter how hard we try, it seems our 1/4" seams are rarely "exactly" 1/4". :(

Go get the Triangulations CD from the Fabric Patch ... it is about $30, has HST starting at 3/4 of an inch up to I think 7.5 inch HST + quarter square triangles similar sizes ... with 1/8 inch increases ....
I need to send you a sample ... but what Triangulations does is allow you to select the HST you want, prints out on the printer, for example ... my most recent project ... 3" finished HST ... sewing TWO seams, my program printed out the grid that would allow me to make 8 HST at one time.

Funny that you should mention the Triangulation CD. Brenda Henning(also author of the Strip Therapy books) was the guess speaker at our guild meeting last night. She said she created the program because she wanted a cheaper(than Thankgles) way to make the HSTs. She also wanted to be able to print out whatever size, whenever she needed them. By the way, if anyone gets a chance to see her, I urge you to do it. She is not only inspirational, but an entertaining speaker. Her presentation seemed to go so fast.
