Does the construction seem logical to you? It was about the only way that I could figure it out. The lady that made the quilt made up the individual heart blocks, and then put them together with the setting triangles. That seemed like to much work for me.

Another possibility is Lisa Maki's (Crooked Nickel) on-point fusible Pellon method. I'll have to think about it a while, but maybe I can come up with a design using her method.
