    What a great idea for a mouse pad. Does your mouse get caught on the seams at all or does it seem to slide smoothly? I could use a fun mousepad. Mine is just boring gray with "Radio Shack" printed on it.

    My mouse moves very smoothly over it. Mine is an optical mouse, so it might move better that one of the ones with the ball. After I finished the pad, I spray starched and iron it pretty flat.

    I really wasing trying to be thrifty...I just like to make little things and wanted to try the selvages in some projects.It didn't take all that long to make these...spent more time getting up and ironing that sewing.
