    I'd use red as the binding, and forget the extra red border.

    I love ending with the second green border. It is beautiful. The red is a beautiful pop, but two borders of it is a little much. Having said that, I must confess that green is my favorite color.

    That is my opinion also. Use red for the binding.

    I like it both ways, but if I had a choice I would choose without 2nd red border. Its really beautiful.

    I like the extra red border since it is to be used as a wallhanging. The red border completes it as a frame completes a piece of artwork.
