I'm voting with the majority and going for only one red border. I think it would look okay with a binding in red, but another border is overkill as someone has already said.

I think the red binding only
...just a small touch of red on the edge rather than the boldness of the red border

I don't think it needs the extra red border. I would leave it off and bind it in red.
