    Thank you ladies for the compliments, these are really fun to stitch out. Not enough hrs in a day to embroidery all i'd like too, lol, I have some other really beautiful mug mats, with chick a dees and saying. I'm firing up machines today, maybe I'll do chick a dee mug mat. Is anyone doing any embroidering today?

    Thank you everyone for the comments on my mug mats. These are done in the hoop, I hoop wss (water soluble stablizer) pick my threads and stitch away. On the ladybug, I trim just before final stitching, trimming the tear away, then do last stitching on the edge. I also hooped wss for the leaf, then just before final stitching, I trim the tear away, then complete with the final stitching around the leaf. Then I remove it from hoop and use a warm cloth to rinse off the wss on the edges of ladybug and leaf. I'd like to try another few more leaves doing scrappy like it is done on chantell's web site. That's for another day though, to many things going on now. Happy stitching everyone.
