my oldest & dearest friend & i have been exchanging handmade gifts for 30 + years..

i wouldn't take a million dollars for any of them... they have given me such joy & comfort over the years...

it is a wonderful thing to watch yourself & a good friend progress creatively over a long time...and i hope a long time to come!

I have an idea. Make another one for your friend, and send this one to me. <G>

Sometimes we are our own worst critics! I think your friend would be pleased that you put in the effort to make such a wonderful mug rug with her in mind. It looks pretty good, any flaws you see only make it unique, send it to her the way it is - I think she will see the intended love only. You are a very good friend.

I would love it, because you took the time to make it, and it is very pretty, i say send it.

What is wonky about it? I think it is a cheerful, loving gift, done in a favorite color.... wow. If I were your friend, I would feel very loved. Friends are receptive to love and don't see imperfections.... go for it. It is beautiful.

I think you should send it. It's happy and fun, and one can tell you put a lot of heart into it.
