Default Musical Quilt

This is a quilt made for my DS who just invented new guitar picks which went over very well at a dealer show in Nashville. The material was donated to our quilt group and i was lucky enough to find enough material to complete this lap quilt. On the label I let my son know that he could cover up with this one being my DDL wouldn't let him use the last one I made for them because it was hand pieced and quilted.
I forgot to take a picture of the back to show the quilting.I'm self taught but felt that the quilting on this one was pretty good.

My GD plays the guitar and I know that she would love this quilt. It's super. What does your DDL do with the other quilt? Maybe to her it's an heirloom.
