They are getting ready to move across the street and they are going to discontinue thier fabrics so I best go there to get any thing if I can. I hope I can. I'm planning to put mine on the table like you have yours. Your is very pretty even if you couldn't get it to come from dsrks to lights so that goes to show, it may not make a diffrence as long as it will work out. Have a great day, Huggies, Fay
I'm so glad you enjoyed my pcs. I don't think New Orleans had anything to do with the name but I have no idea where it came from. I just knew the minute I first saw one on a friend's table, I had to make them.

I don't even think about doing fabrics lights to dark. I pick a focus fabric I love then pick others to loosely work with it. I also pick one accent pc. that stands out from the rest then I'm careful where I place it.

I hope those of you who love the pix. will try it.

It's called "Crazy Eight Strip Teaser - A Table Topper". I just googled it. I got mine from sewwhat-quilting.com but saw it cheaper on other sites after I had paid for it. They also charge an extra $1.00 to process through PayPal but that's the only way I saw to pay--just didn't like the strong arm even though it was just a dollar.
