    My house has four bedrooms and this will free up two of them plus a walk-in closet. I have 6 grandkids and another due in August. They will no longer have to "camp out" under the quilting frame! And my DH is definitely a "keeper"!!

    I would squeeze in a little bar fridge (stocked up)...an inflattable mattress...and maybe a tv..and when the gang ticks me off, I would stay in my quilting house..I would love one of those...
