Wow, what a great find! I got a deal last weekend at a rummage sale--fill a bag for $2. So I did and then went back the next day and did it again! The fabric was nice but not as nice as yours. Plus I got a bunch of quilting books for $2 each. I look back now and wonder why I hemmed and hawwed over some of it. What was I thinking???
Is that a standard dachshund in the picture? I do dachshund rescue and right now I'm down to three, all mine. Another one like my year old female would push me over the edge though!LOL

Someone must have just looked at the fabric in the bag and thought, "It's just scraps...we'll try to get rid of it so we won't have to throw it away....just put a $1.00 price tag on it. Maybe someone will buy."
Some people don't know what things are worth!!!!

Fantastic find, I haven't had much luck recently. Last time I rummaged around at a church thrift store I did get quite a stack of quilters fabric. The lady at the checkout was new and asked her co-worker "how much do we charge for rags" her colleague said "Oh, she must be a quilter"...looks like I've been "sprung", haven't found any more there since.
