What beautiful quilts made by such a handsome young man. Is he interested in learning longarm quilting too. He will have a master instructer. It is tough when youngsters have challenges but he has a wonderful Mom and that will get him through anything.

    Hey, Carl!

Your mom was very thoughtful in getting you the best teacher available .... and you were OBVIOUSLY a very good student.

I am curious..... how long have you been interested in the art of quilting? Was it a long time coming, or just a fantastic inspiration that came on the spur of the moment?

I love your manly approach to quilting .... those will be perfect for th QOV project ....

I like your choice of colors and placement of varying prints ... and your precision piecing ... great job..... Those quilts will surely be received with much appreciation and love.

What a quick worker you are -- four quilts in such a short time? .... If you keep up this pace of production, you are going to bankrupt your mom and dad, considering the price of fabric these days ......

But she seems so proud of you, you shouldn't have to worry about that .... and with your smile, I bet you have them wrapped around your little finger.....

Keep up the good work ....

Your mom didn't say whether or not she set you free on her longarm or not to do your own quilting ..... She does wonderful work, as you well know - so I am sure you come by your talent naturally..... but will develop your own innovative designs and technique in no time ....

No pressure here, but I am really looking forward to seeing more of your work ..... and to watch your unique style emerge.
